We are seeking a seasoned Vinyl Installer.

Responsibilities
Oversee and execute vinyl installation projects, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Lead, train, and mentor a team of vinyl installers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Conduct site assessments to determine project requirements and timelines, effectively communicating with clients and stakeholders.
Utilize advanced vinyl installation techniques to deliver exceptional finishes and durability.
Manage project timelines and allocate resources efficiently, ensuring timely completion of installations.
Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve installation processes.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in vinyl installation, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Robust knowledge of vinyl materials, tools, and installation techniques.
Experience in managing and leading teams in a construction or installation workplace.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
