We are seeking a Building Management System (BMS) Engineer with hands-on experience in BMS operations, maintenance, and reporting. The role involves monitoring and managing building systems while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through shift-wise monitoring and daily reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and maintain BMS systems for HVAC, electrical, lighting, fire, and energy systems
Generate daily reports including: System health and alarms, Equipment status and runtime hours, Faults, breakdowns, and corrective actions taken and Handover notes for the next shift
Troubleshoot BMS issues and coordinate with maintenance teams for resolution
Perform preventive maintenance checks and system inspections




Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and quality standards
Support audits, inspections, and management reporting requirements

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
