About the Role

We are hiring Lead Generation Specialists for a B2B Sales role. This is a pure hunting role involving email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and outbound calling.

The role requires high activity levels, strong communication skills, and a target-driven approach to identify potential clients and generate qualified business leads.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through emails, LinkedIn, databases, and outbound calling
Identify and connect with decision-makers
Explain company solutions and generate client interest
Schedule meetings with potential clients
Follow up with prospects regularly
Maintain accurate prospect data in CRM systems
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets

Candidate Profile
0 to 3 years of experience in:

Solid communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach
