Act as mentors, assessing student capabilities and interests to create personalized educational plans.
Handling admissions, counseling students, and liaising with academic institutions.
Assess students' interests, skills, and academic backgrounds to recommend appropriate educational and career pathways.
Assist students with college applications, entrance exams, and documentation (SOPs/transcripts).
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of university programs, admission requirements, and scholarship prospects.
Coordinate with university representatives, faculty, and educational support staff to facilitate student placements.
Maintain confidential records of student interactions, progress,



and assessments.

Essential Skills
Communication & Interpersonal: Ability to clearly converse, build rapport, and negotiate with students, parents, and university delegates.
Empathy & Patience: Capacity to understand and support students facing academic or career-related anxieties.
Organizational Skills: Capability to track multiple student files, application deadlines, and follow-ups.
