Job Responsibilities:
Create and manage a content calendar for social media platforms
Handle the Instagram account (posts, reels, captions, hashtags, engagement)
Plan and execute social media ads (Instagram/Facebook)
Work on strategies to grow reach, engagement, and followers
Promote both products and services through creative and strategic content
Track performance and suggest improvements for better growth

Requirements:
Robust interest in social media management and digital marketing
Basic understanding of Instagram trends and content formats
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Willingness to learn, experiment, and take ownership
