We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our growing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls professionally.
Call leads generated through CRM, social media, and other sources.
Answer customer queries via calls and messages.
Follow up with interested customers and convert them into sales.
Maintain valuable customer relationships and communication.
Requirements:
Positive communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge.
Sales or telecalling experience is preferred.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Comfortable working in a sales setting.
Job Details:
Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
