Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural design and planning for residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.
Prepare concept designs, detailed drawings, presentations, and construction documents.
Coordinate with interior designers, structural consultants, MEP teams, and contractors.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and site execution.
Review drawings, BOQs, materials, and technical specifications.
Conduct client meetings and present design concepts professionally.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
Supervise junior architects and design teams.
Visit project sites to monitor progress and resolve technical issues.
Maintain design quality, innovation, and project efficiency.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of architectural design principles and construction techniques.
Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, D5,



Photoshop, and MS Office.
Excellent project management and leadership skills.
Robust communication and client-handling abilities.
Knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and space planning.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
Sr. Architect: 10 years (Preferred)

Language:
English, Hindi (Preferred)
