Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: Addressing client queries, complaints, and service issues via phone, email, or in-person professionally.
Customer Handling : Handling walk in customers ,



phone calls, emails, and in-person queries professionally.
Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Sales Support: Promoting products/services, identifying upselling opportunities, and assisting with onboarding.
Data Maintenance: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales and stocks.
Customer Interaction: Handling phone calls, emails, and in-person queries professionally.
Cold Calling : Generating business through cold calling

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
