Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting
Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
Record daily financial transactions, including receipts, payments, journal entries, and bank transactions.
Reconcile bank statements, cash balances, and ledgers regularly.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Budgeting & Financial Reporting
Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Generate monthly MIS reports for management.
Monitor expenditures against approved budgets and report variances.

Payroll & Employee Perks
Process employee salaries accurately and on time.
Maintain payroll records and statutory deductions.
Coordinate reimbursement claims and employee advances.

Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and statutory requirements.
Prepare and file GST, TDS, Qualified Tax, and other statutory returns as applicable.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Maintain all financial records required for regulatory inspections.

Cash & Bank Management




Manage petty cash and cash flow.
Prepare bank deposits and payment schedules.
Monitor cash availability for operational requirements.

Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain organized financial documentation and filing systems.
Safeguard confidential financial information.
Ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions.

Qualifications
B.Com, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CA Inter, CMA, M.Com, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in healthcare, rehabilitation, hospitals, NGOs, or service organizations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
