Sales & Marketing Executive / Course Counsellor – Roles & Responsibilities
Generate student enquiries through online and offline marketing activities.
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding available courses, career prospects, and admission procedures.
Follow up on enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and direct meetings.
Convert leads into admissions by achieving monthly admission targets.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, admissions, and payments in the CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with the digital marketing team to generate quality leads.
Conduct educational seminars, webinars, school/college visits, and promotional events.
Build relationships with colleges, educational consultants, and other referral partners.
Prepare and share course brochures, fee structures, and promotional materials with prospective students.
Assist students with registration, documentation, and admission formalities.
Handle student queries professionally and provide timely support.
Promote the institute through social media,



local marketing campaigns, and networking activities.
Collect student feedback and recommend improvements to management.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing reports.
Coordinate with the academic team to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.
Maintain confidentiality of student records and institute information.
Represent the institute professionally and uphold its brand image at all times.
Achieve individual and team sales targets as assigned by the management.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management related to admissions, marketing, and business development.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Edappal, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Diploma (Preferred)
