Looking for an experienced Telecaller / Visa Counsellor for our office in Vadodara. Candidate should have experience in cold calling, lead follow-up and client handling. Knowledge of visa process / overseas consultancy preferred.
Responsibilities:
Cold calling & follow-up with leads
Explain visa services to clients
Handle enquiries and conversions
Coordinate documentation
Maintain client records
Requirements:
1 to 5 year experience in telecalling / cold calling preferred
Visa / immigration experience preferred
Positive Hindi & English communication
Basic computer knowledge
Immediate joiners preferred
