Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Process Trainer with robust communication and facilitation skills to train and develop teams in a quick-paced BPO workplace.

‍Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Voice Process training for batches of 20–30 trainees.
Manage end-to-end training including NHT, PKT, and refresher sessions.
Execute training metrics such as TNA, TNI, and TTT.
Prepare and deliver effective training modules using PPT and Excel.
Maintain training performance reports and ensure continuous improvement.

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Process Trainer in a BPO (Voice Process).
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in PPT, Excel, and training documentation.
Familiarity with TNA, TNI, TTT, NHT, PKT, and Refresher training formats.
