As Factory Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day functioning of our manufacturing facility. This is a leadership role requiring robust technical knowledge, excellent people management, and the ability to coordinate across production, procurement, inventory, and management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all factory floor operations and production activities.

Plan, monitor, and ensure timely completion of manufacturing schedules.

Manage vendors and coordinate procurement activities.

Supervise stores and maintain inventory records.

Interpret CAD and engineering drawings for production planning.

Lead, motivate, and supervise the factory team.

Maintain quality, productivity, and workplace safety standards.

Provide regular operational updates to the management team.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related Polytechnic qualification (preferred).





Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a metal fabrication/manufacturing setting.

Age preference: 30–35 years

Ability to read and understand CAD drawings.

Solid leadership, communication, and people management skills.

Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, inventory records).

Preferred Candidates

Applicants residing in or around Kanjikode, Palakkad will be given preference.
