Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Travel Consultant to manage end-to-end travel planning, sales, and client servicing. The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in selling customized travel packages.
Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international tour packages (FIT, Group, Corporate & Leisure)
Design and sell customized itineraries based on client requirements
Convert leads into bookings through calls, emails, and meetings
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transporters, and vendors for best rates
Provide expert advice on destinations, visas, flights, and travel insurance
Manage complete booking lifecycle – quotation, confirmation, documentation & follow-up
Maintain strong relationships with repeat and corporate clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Mentor junior consultants and support the sales team
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally during travel
Preferred Qualifications
Experience handling corporate travel or luxury travel
Prior team handling or mentoring experience
Knowledge of visa processes for major countries
