We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with 10+ years of experience in the FMCG industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales, expanding the distributor network, increasing market presence, and achieving business targets in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies.
Appoint and manage distributors and dealers.
Increase product sales and market coverage.
Build robust relationships with customers and business partners.
Plan and execute promotional activities.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with the sales and production teams.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Submit regular sales and market reports.
Required Skills
10+ years of FMCG marketing experience.
Robust knowledge of distributor and channel management.
Valuable communication and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Qualification
Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred)
