We are seeking a energetic and experienced individual to join our team as the Principal of our prestigious CBSE/ICSE school in Mysore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within the education sector, with a total of 20+ years of experience in the field.

Qualifications:
Any Master’s degree
Master’s Degree in Education (M.Ed.) or Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.)
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Principal in CBSE, ICSE, or IB schools
Proven track record of effective school management and leadership
Robust communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Excellent team management, planning, and organizational skills.
Effective communication and relationship management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the school, ensuring alignment with the mission and values of the institution.

· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, including academic programs, extracurricular activities, and administrative functions.





· Foster a positive and inclusive learning workplace that promotes academic excellence, personal growth, and holistic development among students.

· Recruit, develop, and retain high-quality faculty and staff, providing mentorship and support as needed.

· Collaborate with stakeholders, including students, parents, faculty, and the broader community, to build strong relationships and partnerships.

· Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards, as well as adherence to school policies and procedures.

· Manage the school budget effectively, allocating resources to support educational initiatives and maintain financial sustainability.

· Communicate regularly with stakeholders, keeping them informed about school activities, achievements, and challenges.

· Stay abreast of developments in education, including curriculum changes, pedagogical innovations, and best practices, and incorporate them into the school’s programs and policies.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
