Key Responsibilities :
· Patient Care : Perform routine assessments, monitor vital signs, and provide both physical and emotional support.
· Clinical Duties : Administer prescribed medications, start IVs, and assist physicians during diagnostic tests and minor procedures.
· Record Keeping : Maintain meticulous health care records and report any sudden changes in patient conditions.
· Ward Management : Oversee shift handovers, manage medical equipment and supplies, and supervise auxiliary staff (like nursing aides).
· Education : Provide disease prevention and health maintenance advice to patients and their families.
