About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical expertise, excellent patient-handling skills, and proven leadership abilities to guide junior physiotherapists while ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and review medical history.
Develop and implement personalized physiotherapy treatment plans.
Provide manual therapy, exercise therapy, electrotherapy, and rehabilitation sessions.
Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records.
Educate patients on posture correction, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and home exercise programs.
Lead, mentor, and supervise junior physiotherapists and support staff.
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
Ensure ethical, professional, and patient-centric treatment practices.
Contribute to improving clinical processes, patient outcomes, and overall team performance.

Qualifications & Skills




Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT); MPT preferred.
Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience in physiotherapy.
Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and rehabilitation therapies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient counselling skills.
Proven leadership and team management abilities with the capability to mentor and motivate junior staff.
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Patient-focused, empathetic, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
