Specific Knowledge & Skills
They should have thorough knowledge of the UPSC CSE. They should understand the depth of the syllabus.
Given at least One UPSC Mains/Interview.
Masters In Anthropology Preferred
Major KRA
Identifying Trends and analyzing pattern of UPSC.
Identifying topics and Types of Questions.
Framing Questions meeting the standard and demand of the UPSC
Preparing Detailed Answers for those questions
Reviewing the answer: Content enrichment, sticking to the structure, addressing the demand.
Proofreading: emphasizing the key terms, eradicating editing mistakes, grammar correction.

Qualification and Experience
Minimum Qualification
They should have written at least 2 UPSC CSE Mains with Anthropology as optional.
