Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer. The ideal candidate should have experience in quality inspection, quality assurance, and process improvement, with solid knowledge of quality tools and manufacturing standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Conduct root cause analysis using quality tools such as 7 QC Tools and 5 Why.
Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Ensure adherence to ISO standards and company quality procedures.
Support internal and external quality audits.
Monitor process performance and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
Handle customer complaints and assist in implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
2–5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer.
Good knowledge of quality inspection instruments.
Familiarity with ISO standards, quality documentation, and inspection procedures.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
