Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our team in designing and developing innovative and functional buildings and spaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring that they meet the required standards, codes, and regulations. This role requires robust technical skills, creativity, and excellent communication and project management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop architectural plans, elevations, and sections for various projects
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress
Develop and implement effective project management strategies
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
Manage project timelines, budgets, and workflows to ensure efficient execution
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and other documents to clients and stakeholders

Software Requirements:
Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, and/or other architectural design software
Experience with SketchUp, Lumion,



and/or other 3D visualization software
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies as needed

Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
Proven experience in architecture, design, or a related field
Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
Ability to work effectively in an office workplace as well as on-site
Willingness to commute pan-India for project requirements
Solid technical skills, including proficiency in drafting and design software

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with sustainable design principles and practices
Familiarity with Indian building codes and regulations
Certification in architecture, such as COA or equivalent
Experience with project management and team leadership

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
