We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Education Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right courses and support them through the admission process. The role involves counselling, follow-ups, and converting inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and understand their career goals and interests
Explain courses, fees, and career prospects clearly
Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries
Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
Maintain student records and update CRM/sheets regularly
Coordinate with faculty and operations team for smooth onboarding
Achieve monthly admission targets
