We are looking for an experienced Senior Store Executive to manage and control all store operations, inventory, and material handling activities. The candidate should have solid experience in manufacturing stores, ERP systems, and team handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall store operations including receipt, storage, and issue of materials
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
Ensure proper material handling and storage practices
Coordinate with purchase, production, and accounts departments
Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and initiate procurement
Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification
Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material inward/outward entries
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
Manage and guide store team for daily activities
Control wastage, damage, and pilferage of materials
Maintain FIFO / LIFO system as applicable
Work on ERP software for inventory management
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of store & inventory management
Experience in ERP systems (SAP / Tally / any inventory software)
Positive understanding of material coding and documentation
Leadership and team handling skills
Valuable communication and coordination ability
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & reporting
Qualification:
Graduate (B.Com / B.Sc / Diploma in Engineering preferred)
Certification in Material Management / Store Management is an added advantage
Preferred Experience:
Experience in Automation / Manufacturing/ Engineering Industry
Handling raw materials, finished goods, and consumables
Knowledge of industrial items like steel, motors, electrical components
Salary:
As per industry standards (based on experience and skills)
Other Requirements:
Candidate should be ready to work in Bhuj location
Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
