OYO(Sunday Hotels) is looking for a agile and experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Kochi property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving operational efficiency, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the hotel achieves its business and service excellence goals.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall hotel operations, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments.
Lead Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Engineering, Security, and other operational teams.
Deliver outstanding guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and promptly resolving guest concerns.
Ensure compliance with brand SOPs, hygiene, safety, and statutory requirements.
Monitor occupancy, revenue, guest satisfaction, and operational KPIs.
Control operational costs while maintaining service quality.




Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate hotel staff.
Conduct daily briefings and departmental meetings.
Coordinate with the Sales team to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Maintain solid vendor relationships and oversee procurement.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.

Prefered Candiadates From Hotel and Hospitality Background

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
