We are looking for an experienced QC Head to lead the Quality Control function for our Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) manufacturing facility.

Position: QC Head
Industry: Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) / Structural Steel
Experience: 9–10 Years (Mandatory in PEB Industry)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the complete Quality Control department.
Ensure quality compliance for raw materials, fabrication, welding, painting, and finished products.
Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures as per industry standards.
Handle customer inspections, third-party inspections, and quality audits.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, WPS/PQR, and quality documentation.
Coordinate with Production, Design, and Project teams to achieve quality objectives.




Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or Metallurgical Engineering.
9–10 years of relevant experience in the PEB/Structural Steel industry.

Preferred Skills:
Solid knowledge of welding inspection, fabrication quality, NDT, and painting inspection.
Experience in leading quality teams and handling client inspections.
Valuable communication and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
