Key Responsibilities
Implement and support, firewalls, and wireless access points
Provide L2/L3 network and firewall support to end customers and partners
Troubleshoot routing, switching, VPN, and security policy issues
Conduct product demos and training for clients and partners
Manage support tickets via CRM and maintain proper documentation

Requirements
CCNA or CCNP certified (or equivalent)
Knowledge of firewalls, VPN, VLAN, routing & switching protocols
Familiarity with network security concepts — IPS, WAF, DDoS, MFA
Good understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and cloud networking (AWS/Azure basics)
Solid communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
Valid driving license and personal vehicle (for field visits)
B.E./B.Tech (IT/CS/EC), MCA, BCA, or B.Sc. IT

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
