Job Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of field instrumentation.
Carry out instrument calibration, loop checking, and troubleshooting.
Install, test, and maintain transmitters, control valves, switches, analyzers, and other instrumentation.
Ensure proper functioning of PLC/DCS-connected instruments.
Attend breakdowns and execute maintenance activities in accordance with safety standards.
Maintain calibration and maintenance records.
Requirements:
Diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics or a related field with a minimum of 8 years of experience, OR
ITI in Instrumentation/Electronics or a related trade with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
Experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery,
Petrochemical, or Process Plants.
Hands-on experience in:
Instrument Maintenance
Calibration
Loop Checking
Troubleshooting
Commissioning (preferred)
Good knowledge of process instruments, DCS/PLC systems, and industrial safety practices.
Salary & Perks:
Salary: ₹65,000 – ₹68,000 per month
Duty Hours: 12 hours/day
