Role & responsibilities
Skills Required:
Handling End-to-End Recruitment.
Sourcing candidates through various Job sites & Portals (Naukri)&(Monster), Employee referrals, as well as from internal database for the given requirements.
Screening the Profiles as per the Client Requirement, according to the availability, Interest level, Salary range, Relocation, and Basic qualification.
Following up the candidates till they join.
Maintaining Database of all the Candidates weekly, Monthly trackers.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in non IT recruitment is must
Languages - Kannada ,English must
