Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, candidate engagement, employer branding initiatives, and HR operations. It is an excellent chance for individuals looking to build a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Assist in posting job openings on various hiring platforms.
Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
Support campus hiring, walk-in drives, and recruitment events.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Assist in preparing recruitment reports and hiring dashboards.
Support employer branding activities and social media hiring campaigns.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
