Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth by connecting with schools, educational institutions, and decision-makers. If you enjoy meeting people, presenting innovative solutions, and closing deals, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities with schools and educational institutions.
Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for school management.
Meet Principals, Correspondents, Trustees, and School Administrators.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Follow up on leads and convert them into customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
Coordinate with the product and customer success teams for successful onboarding.

Requirements




1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, EdTech Sales, SaaS, or Education Sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Fluency in both English and Tamil (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Confident in meeting Principals, School Owners, Trustees, and other senior stakeholders.
Comfortable with regular travel across Chennai and nearby districts.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.

Preferred Skills
Experience selling to schools or educational institutions.
Familiarity with CRM tools.
Knowledge of the education sector is an added advantage.
