We need a passionate and highly creative Video Editor & Content Strategist who understands the psychology behind viral content.

The ideal person should:
Know how to edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media videos
Understand what types of hooks, transitions, scripts, captions, and storytelling work
Know why some content goes viral and how to improve retention and engagement
Be able to identify content opportunities from meetings, conversations, teachings, and day-to-day moments
Turn one long video into multiple short-form content pieces
Suggest better hooks, titles, and content ideas
Be passionate, creative, and constantly learning about trends and virality

Required Skills:
Experience with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, etc.
Robust understanding of content performance, audience psychology, and social media trends
Ability to work independently and take ownership

Experience:
1–3+ years of experience in video editing and content creation
Portfolio of reels/shorts is mandatory
