Job Title: Sales Manager
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: General Manager

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving hotel revenue by developing current business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving room, banquet, and F&B; sales targets. The role focuses on corporate sales, travel agents, event business, and local market development while ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or Marketing.
MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales.
Experience in a 4-Star or 5-Star hotel is preferred.

Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Solid sales and business development abilities.
Knowledge of hotel PMS, CRM, and Microsoft Office.
Ability to build long-term client relationships.
Solid presentation and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Willingness to travel for business development.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
