Job Description

We are looking for passionate and knowledgeable Medical Coding Trainers to join our team. Both freshers with solid medical coding knowledge and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply. The selected candidate will be responsible for training students and professionals in medical coding concepts, industry standards, and certification preparation.

Responsibilities
Deliver training on Medical Coding, ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, Medical Terminology, Anatomy, and Physiology.
Conduct classroom and/or online training sessions.
Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments.
Monitor trainee progress and provide guidance for improvement.
Support candidates in certification exam preparation.
Stay updated with the latest coding guidelines and industry practices.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing,



Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related healthcare fields.

Advanced Medical Coding Course Mandatory

1–2 years of Medical Coding Trainer/Tutor Experience Mandatory

CPC certification is an added advantage.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
