Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance Preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall HR and operational functions of the company.
Oversee the company's end-to-end workflow and daily operations.
Lead and support teams to achieve business objectives.
Ensure smooth coordination across departments.
Improve operational efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in HR & Operations.
Willing to work in the night shift.
Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
Smart, confident, and skilled personality.
Robust leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting.
