About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, strong knowledge of Tally, GST, and TDS, and preferably come from the freight forwarding, shipping, logistics, or supply chain industry.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally.
Prepare and manage GST and TDS calculations, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
Process vendor invoices, payments, and customer receipts.
Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely compliance with financial regulations.
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.





Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of accounting experience.
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP.
Solid knowledge of GST and TDS.
Positive understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications
B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in the Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Logistics, or Supply Chain industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
