Job Description: AD Business Development Manager (ADBDM)

Managing and improving sales and service business at all ADs (Authorized Dealers) under the AMD (Authorized Main Dealer), thereby increasing the ADs' contribution to the overall business.

Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure manpower available in sales and service are trained as per the norms, provide coaching and motivating the manpower.
Coach and handhold AD owners to increase productivity and profitability.
Define target for ADs and assist in achieving sales and service targets.
Ensure both showroom and workshop infrastructure at all ADs as per TVSM standards and ensure better customer experience at both showroom and workshop.
Interface between ADs and AMD to improve retail sales from all ADs.
Ensure all the ADs achieve minimum monthly retail of 20 or more consistently.
Track and ensure account reconciliation for ADs with reference to sales and service business.
Inventory planning and ensure supply of required vehicles to all the assigned ADs.
Supporting ADs in process adherence in both sales and service.
Assist in identifying new markets for AD expansion and activation of new ADs.

Education
Graduation/ Post- Graduation

Experience
5+ years experience in channel handling function.
3+ years experience in Automobile business operations.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Hathras, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:
Master's (Preferred)

Experience:
Channel management: 5 years (Preferred)
Business development: 3 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
50% (Preferred)
