Key Responsibilities
Collect blood samples using standard venipuncture procedures.
Perform home sample collection visits as per assigned schedules.
Label, pack, and transport samples according to laboratory protocols.
Maintain proper documentation and patient records.
Follow infection control, safety, and biomedical waste disposal guidelines.
Ensure patient comfort and address basic queries professionally.
Coordinate with the laboratory team for timely sample submission.
Maintain the confidentiality of patient information.
Eligibility
DMLT / BMLT or equivalent qualification.
0–3 years of experience in blood/sample collection.
Freshers with robust practical phlebotomy skills may also apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel for home sample collection.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
