We are seeking a skilled and experienced Beautician Trainer to provide theoretical and practical training in beauty and wellness. The trainer will teach students skilled beauty techniques, ensure hands-on learning, assess performance, and prepare trainees for employment in the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and practical training in beauty and wellness.
Teach skincare, facials, clean-ups, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, makeup, and basic hair care.
Demonstrate beauty techniques and supervise practical sessions.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical assignments.
Assess students through written and practical examinations.
Maintain attendance, training records, and student progress reports.
Guide students on professional ethics, customer service, and salon management.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards are followed in the training lab.
Maintain beauty equipment, tools, and products used during training.
Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.

Qualifications
Certificate/Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Beautician, Cosmetology, or Beauty & Wellness.
Graduation is preferred.




Certified Trainer qualification (if applicable) is an added advantage.

Experience
2–5+ years of experience as a Beautician, Beauty Therapist, or Beauty Trainer.
Prior teaching or training experience is preferred.
