We are looking for a skilled Vial Filling Operator to operate and monitor vial filling machines used in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing while ensuring product quality and compliance with GMP standards.

Experience: 2–5 years (Sterile Injectable / Pharmaceutical Manufacturing preferred)
Location: Jhajjar, Haryana
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. or Relevant Technical Qualification
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor vial filling machines as per approved SOPs
Perform machine setup, changeovers, and routine operational checks
Ensure accurate filling, stoppering, and sealing of vials
Monitor filling parameters and maintain product quality throughout production
Maintain batch manufacturing records, equipment logbooks, and production documentation
Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of filling equipment
Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance teams
Ensure compliance with cGMP, WHO-GMP, and aseptic manufacturing practices
Skills:
Knowledge of vial filling operations in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing
Familiarity with aseptic processing, cGMP, and pharmaceutical documentation
Basic troubleshooting and machine handling skills
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Positive communication and teamwork skills
