Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Advocate with 10+ years of expertise in litigation and legal advisory, preferably within the Banking and Financial Services sector. The candidate will be responsible for handling legal matters, recovery proceedings, court appearances, legal documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent the company before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities.

Handle litigation, recovery, and debt collection matters related to unsecured lending and financial services.

Draft, review, and vet legal notices, agreements, petitions, affidavits, and other legal documents.

Provide legal opinions and advisory support on banking and financial matters.

Coordinate with external advocates and legal consultants.





Monitor legal cases and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

LL.B./B.L. degree with valid Bar Council enrollment.

Minimum 10 years of experience as an Advocate.

Experience in Banking and Financial Services is preferred.

Solid knowledge of civil, commercial, contract, and recovery laws.

Excellent legal drafting, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
