A Staff Nurse is a healthcare qualified responsible for providing direct patient care, supporting doctors, and ensuring smooth functioning of hospital wards or clinics. They play a key role in patient safety, recovery, and overall healthcare quality.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor patient condition (temperature, pulse, BP)
Administer medications and injections as prescribed
Assist doctors during procedures and surgeries
Maintain patient records and reports
Provide wound care and dressing
Handle emergency situations (first aid, CPR)
Educate patients and families about treatment and care
Maintain hygiene and infection control standards
Qualification & Requirements
B.Sc Nursing / GNM Diploma
Valuable communication and teamwork skills
Experience: Fresher to experienced (hospital dependent)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
