Key Responsibilities
Collect and label patient specimens (blood, urine, stool, etc.).
Perform routine laboratory tests in areas such as: Hematology & Clinical Biochemistry
Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments.
Record and report test results accurately.
Follow laboratory quality assurance and infection control protocols.
Maintain laboratory records and documentation.
Dispose of biomedical waste according to regulations.
Ensure confidentiality of patient information.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT) or an equivalent qualification.
Knowledge of laboratory techniques and medical terminology.
