Talent Acquisition (TA) Scheduler EMEA
Coordinated interview scheduling across the EMEA region, managing multiple time zones and ensuring seamless interview logistics.
Partnered with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates to schedule interviews efficiently while resolving calendar conflicts.
Sent interview invitations, confirmations, reminders, and updates through Microsoft Outlook and virtual meeting platforms.
Maintained accurate interview schedules and candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Handled last-minute scheduling changes while ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting recruitment SLAs.
Supported high-volume hiring by prioritizing scheduling requests and maintaining explicit communication with all stakeholders.
Work Location : Bangalore
