Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Blue Collar Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Picker & Packer roles. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely hiring to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Picker & Packer and other warehouse workforce requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, field sourcing, and local hiring drives.
Screen candidates based on job requirements and eligibility criteria.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with shortlisted candidates and ensure smooth joining.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates to meet hiring targets.
Coordinate documentation and pre-joining formalities.
Conduct walk-in drives, job fairs, and local recruitment campaigns.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring status updates.
Build relationships with local agencies, training institutes,
and community networks to generate quality candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills
Experience in blue-collar or bulk hiring.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under tight hiring deadlines.
Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
Positive coordination and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
Preferred Qualification
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
13 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment (Picker & Packer/Warehouse/Logistics hiring preferred).
