We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, achieving targets, managing team productivity, and ensuring successful project closures.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for ongoing and current projects
Monitor daily sales activities, lead conversions, and pipeline management
Coordinate with CRM and telecalling teams to improve lead generation and follow-ups
Ensure timely closure of deals and support the registration process
Conduct regular sales review meetings and performance tracking
Identify new business prospects and market trends
Maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
Ensure proper documentation and compliance in all transactions
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales (Real Estate preferred)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Positive knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting
Preferred Skills
Experience in real estate project sales
Strong networking and customer relationship skills
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
