JOB OBJECTIVES

To be able to effectively provide quality HR services daily for Office and provide timely responses and resolutions to employee concerns. The job entails providing support for a wide variety of activities of human resources, office administration, and executive assistance role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

HR ADMIN ROLES:
Administering and explaining perks to employees, serving as liaison between management and employees
Works with HR team in Reviewing employee complaints and ensuring accurate and timely documentation of concerns or issues, Employee Engagement Activities (Sports events, Outing etc.)
Monitoring of Insurance, Visa and Immigration applications, requirements and renewal.
Take messages, direct calls, and answer telephone calls
Records Keeping and Management
Operate and maintain machines in the office, like personal computers, voice mail systems, facsimile machines, scanners, and photocopiers
Run errands and also deliver messages
Manage Office Boys/Peons
Order services, supplies, and materials
Arrange appointments,



manage calendars, and complete work schedules.
Office facilities management.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ROLE
Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics as required by the executive office members
Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
Any task that will be required and deemed necessary
