Designation: Production Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end production operations for packaging products (box, bowl, cup).
Plan and execute daily/weekly production schedules to meet targets.
Monitor production performance and ensure optimum machine and manpower utilization.
Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, GMP, and hygiene requirements.
Coordinate with Maintenance, QA, and Stores for smooth production flow.
Analyze production data and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
Minimize downtime, rejection, and material wastage.
Ensure proper line balancing, changeover planning, and production planning.
Train and guide junior supervisors and machine operators.
Maintain production reports, MIS, and performance tracking.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Handle shift operations and resolve production issues effectively.

Required Qualifications:




Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
2 to 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/packaging industry

Skills Required:
Robust leadership and team handling skills
In-depth knowledge of production processes and packaging machinery
Understanding of GMP, quality standards, and safety compliance
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Knowledge of ERP / production reporting systems
Positive communication and coordination skills

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Production target & OEE achievement
Rejection and wastage reduction
Machine downtime control
Manpower productivity
On-time production delivery
Continuous improvement implementation

Working Conditions:
Factory environment
Rotational shifts and extended hours if required
Responsible for handling production during emergencies

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
