Niraamaya Retreats Surya Samudra, Kovalam is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented General Service Associates (GSAs) to join the Housekeeping team. The role involves maintaining exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and hygiene standards to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms, villas, and public areas according to resort standards.
Replace linens, towels, and room amenities.
Ensure rooms are prepared before guest arrivals.
Report maintenance issues and lost-and-found items promptly.
Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Respond to guest housekeeping requests efficiently.
Assist in maintaining the overall appearance of the resort.
Minimum Qualification
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management or a related field.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
