Position Summary
Role: HR Recruiter
Location: roorkee
Compensation: ₹30,000 CTC per month
Experience Required: Minimum 1.5 to 3 years of heavy experience in Blue-Collar, Plant/Manufacturing, and Contractual staffing.

Key Responsibilities1. Blue-Collar & Plant-Level Sourcing
Own the complete end-to-end sourcing and recruitment lifecycle for blue-collar roles (operators, technicians, loaders, and plant helpers).
Utilize on-the-ground sourcing methods, including local field marketing, job fairs, industrial networks, and local communities in the Roorkee/Haridwar belt to build a steady pipeline of laborers.
Coordinate and conduct walk-in interview drives at the plant to fill open headcounts quickly.
Contractual Staffing & Vendor Management




Partner closely with third-party labor contractors and staffing vendors to fulfill immediate contractual man-days/manpower needs.
Monitor vendor compliance, ensuring contract workers are supplied on time and transparent the necessary basic verification checks.
Review workforce requirements weekly against production targets to adjust contractor allocations.
End-to-End Recruitment & Pipeline Management
Source junior to mid-level white-collar technical profiles for the plant (e.g., floor supervisors, shift engineers, store executives, and safety officers) using portals like Naukri, Indeed, and local networks.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,964.16 per month
