Facility Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, clean, and effective working environment by managing facility services, vendor coordination, maintenance activities, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the facility.
Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the premises.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other service providers.
Manage vendors, negotiate service contracts, and monitor service quality.
Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance requirements and ensure timely resolution.
Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other infrastructure systems.
Monitor facility-related expenses and assist in budget planning and cost control.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and statutory regulations.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, asset inventories, and vendor agreements.
Handle office space management, repairs,



and infrastructure improvements.
Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and operational issues.
Coordinate logistics and facility arrangements for meetings, events, and organizational activities.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facility management, administration, or operations.
Strong knowledge of building maintenance, vendor management, and facility operations.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a quick-paced environment.

Preferred Skills
Experience in educational institutions, corporate offices, hospitals, or commercial facilities.
Knowledge of workplace safety standards and statutory compliance.
Robust organizational and vendor management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
